On November 13, 2017, the Targeted Poverty Alleviation meeting was held by Hebei Federation of Industry and Commerce (here in after HFIC) in Longhua County. Gao Zhili a member of the Standing Committee of Hebei Party Committee and minister of United Front Department of Hebei, Zou Ping the deputy minister of United Front Department of Hebei, Liu Jingsong the Chairman of HFIC and other Longhua County Governors showed up in the meeting. In represent of Zhongji Investment(here in after Zhongji), Geng Jianming the chairman of Zhongji participated in the meeting and signed Cooperative Framework Agreement with Longhua County Government.

According to the Cooperative Framework Agreement, Zhongji will support Longhua County in forging the Rehabilitation & Tourism Hot Spring Town. Cooperating with Longhua County，Zhongji will establish the Green Industry Fund with the fund size of RMB 500 million. Zhongji will contribute to the infrastructure construction, and help Longhua County to attract investment and well-known enterprises in cultural tourism industry, vanadium and titanium industry, energy saving and environment protection industry, organic agriculture and pharmaceuticals industry.

Since its inception, Zhongji is always developing under the guidance of the key work of Hebei Province. Cooperating with Longhua County is an important practice in targeted poverty alleviation. Zhongji will keep on paying effort to alleviate poverty, and contribute to achieving the goal of economically stronger and environmentally more beautiful Hebei province.
