Recently, China Zhongji Investment joined the Pre-IPO round in Laizhou Yatong Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yatong Group"). China Zhongji Investment has conducted in-depth layout around the automotive industry chain. Currently, we has completed investment in projects such as Dayun Automobile, BAIC BJEV, and Sitong New Materials. Yatong Group will also launch a listing plan in the near future.

The predecessor of the group company was founded in April, 2002, registered as Laizhou Yatong Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. After nearly ten years’ exploitation, the company has developed from a manufacturing enterprise into a group enterprise with lots of enterprise plates. Currently, the group company has formed the “5+8+14” production and operation pattern of 5 production bases, 8 enterprise plates and 14 subsidiaries, and its business scope has covered auto parts manufacturing, die manufacturing, export metal product manufacturing, mine truck manufacturing, loader manufacturing, R&D and industrialization of new high-tech products, standard component manufacturing, as well as modern logistics packing apparatus manufacturing.

The founder of Yatong Group seized the great development opportunities of China's auto industry, led the company to start from the supply of passenger car parts, and quickly became the core supplier of first-line OEMs. Subsequently, the Yatong Group entered the commercial vehicle supporting market, and by virtue of its heavy investment for 8 years, it developed a series of complete vehicles for mine explosion-proof special vehicles, which solved the pain points of the industry and achieved sustained and rapid development.

The main customers of the Yatong Group are first-line mainstream OEMs such as SAIC GM and China National Heavy Duty Truck, and large mining enterprises such as China Shenhua Energy.
