Recently, the "Shijiazhuang Wanyuanyazhu" project invested by China Zhongji Investment achieved a smooth exit, and within the holding period of about 18 months, it achieved a high expected investment return.

As an important branch of asset management, real estate investment is one of the important businesses of China-Hebei Investment. It is currently divided into four directions: traditional real estate funds (real estate equity and debt investment), industrial chain finance, stock operations and non-performing asset investment. As a market-oriented and professional investment institution, Zhongji Investment has established a mature "raising, investment, management, retreat" system, risk management and control system and consulting research system, which has been widely recognized by partners and investors.

Wang Zhenzhuang, the investment director of China Zhongji Investment's real estate business, introduced that this is the third real estate project that we successfully exit recently. The other two real estate projects, Handan Zexin Project and Shijiazhuang Zhongmei Project, also achieved expected returns. At present, there is still a considerable market for traditional real estate investment, but we are also seizing the opportunity to transition to new real estate investment.
