On June 12, 2019, the deputy minister of the Hebei Provincial Communist Party, the secretary of the party group of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, and vice-chairman Guo Cuiluoduo led the representatives of private entrepreneurs to visit China Zhongji Investment. Representatives of private entrepreneurs from the Soviet Union, Xuanwu Army, Li Guangliang, Qin Dongxiao and Liu Qingfeng, Secretary-General of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Zhang Fan accompanied the investigation.

On behalf of the company, the President of Wen Yuanhua warmly welcomed the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce and representatives of private entrepreneurs to the visit, and thanked the Federation for its long-standing trust and support for investment in China and the Hebei Province. Mr Kwok paid a high tribute to the management team led by the President of Wenyuan, pointing out that the investment was "young, flexible, dynamic and passionate".

She recalled the beginning of the preparation of investment in China and Hebei, and the Federation of Industry and Commerce gave high recognition to some expectations of investment in China and Hebei, to the "sound investment" concept of President Wen Yuanhua, and fully affirmed a series of work being carried out by the company. All of these, she believes, are solid and long-term.

Guo Cuiluduo pointed out in particular that non-public enterprises should attach importance to the work of Party building, which means that Party building is productivity, should put the work of Party building into practice, give full play to the avant-garde role of Party members and cadres, and use Party building and enterprise culture to promote the sustained development of the company.
