China Zhongji Investment participated in a special poverty alleviation survey
From September 10th to 12th, Liu Jinsong, chairman of the Hebei Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, led a research team to conduct a special investigation in deeply impoverished villages in Fengning Manchu Autonomous County and Weichang Manchu and Mongolian Autonomous County. Tan Yuguang, deputy director of the Chengde Municipal Committee of the United Front Work Department and secretary of the Party group of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce; Shuai Wubao, vice chairman of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce; Fang Zhiyong, secretary of the Fengning County Committee; and Liu Zhongmin, secretary of the Weichang County Committee, accompanied the research or participated in related activities. Huang Jian ting, vice president of the Provincial General Chamber of Commerce and president of the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce in Hebei Province; Zou Jiali, chairman of the Hebei Zhongji Poverty Alleviation Foundation; and other entrepreneur representatives participated in the research. Tan Yujun, managing director of China Zhongji Investment Co., Ltd., was invited to participate in the research.
The research team successively went deep into Liangjianfang Village and Henghe Village in Fengning County's Nanguan Mongolian Township; and Pailou Village in Weichang County's Pailou Township and Yaolugou Village in Banjietash Town to hold talks with members of the village's two committees and the village work team, understanding the village's industrial development situation and support needs, and checking the poverty alleviation results on the spot. After the symposium, the research team visited and comforted some deeply impoverished households, and learned in detail about their family situation, causes of poverty, and support needs. The Hebei Zhongji Poverty Alleviation Foundation donated rice, flour, and oil to 20 impoverished households, and issued a total of 10,000 yuan in condolences.
Based on the on-site visits, the research team convened a symposium attended by the main responsible comrades of the county, relevant poverty alleviation departments of the county, township village cadres, representatives of the village's two committees, the village work team, and supporting enterprises. They learned in detail about the progress of poverty alleviation in the county and villages and their support needs, especially the needs of photovoltaic poverty alleviation. They also listened to the opinions and suggestions of the participants on the participation of private enterprises in the fight against poverty in deeply impoverished villages. Entrepreneurs in the research team introduced their company's support advantages and the support work they had already carried out, facilitating the development of coordination work.
Chairman Liu Jinsong emphasized that mobilizing private enterprises to actively participate in the "Thousand Enterprises Helping Thousand Villages" precision poverty alleviation action is an important measure for poverty alleviation and also a concrete manifestation of private enterprises fulfilling their social responsibilities. The Hebei Zhongji Poverty Alleviation Foundation should give full play to its role and, based on the support needs of deeply impoverished counties and villages, make practical efforts in terms of industrial support, education support, employment support, public welfare support, and consumption support to plan support measures, carry out effective support activities, and make due contributions to poverty alleviation in deeply impoverished counties and villages in Hebei Province. The party committees and governments of the supported areas should further optimize the relationship between government and businesses, proactively provide high-quality services, do a good job in basic work, create favorable conditions for private enterprises to provide support, and further improve the effectiveness of support.

China Zhongji Investment Company, taking the Zhongji Poverty Alleviation Fund as its core platform, actively undertakes social responsibilities under the guidance of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, participates in precision poverty alleviation activities, and contributes to achieving the goal of poverty alleviation in Hebei Province.
