China Zhongji Investment and Yunhe Capital formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement
On August 12, 2019, China Zhongji Investment and Yunhe Capital signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing, officially establishing a strategic partnership. Wu Fusheng, Managing Director and Partner of China Zhongji Investment, and Zhao Yun, Chairman and Founding Partner of Yunhe Capital, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
This collaboration will adhere to the principle of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, fully leveraging each party's resources and advantages to carry out in-depth cooperation in various forms, including the establishment of a joint equity fund and collaboration in project investigation and investment.
Yunhe Capital is a council member of the Equity and Venture Capital Professional Committee of the China Investment Association. It manages multiple private equity investment funds under several qualified private equity fund management institutions registered with the China Securities Investment Fund Association. Its main investment areas include high-end equipment manufacturing, next-generation information technology, military-civilian integration, and biomedicine, focusing on early-stage, mid-stage, and late-stage companies with core technologies.
