China Zhongji Investment completed a targeted investment in "BeiDou Navigation".
Recently, China Zhongji Investment completed a targeted investment in Beijing BDStar Navigation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "BDStar," stock code: 002151), a leading company in the satellite navigation industry. BDStar is the first company to obtain the qualification for Beidou operation services. It mainly focuses on the development and application of navigation and positioning technology, providing customers with comprehensive navigation and positioning products, services, and solutions.
BDStar was born from "Beidou," registered and established on September 25, 2000, on the eve of the launch of China's first Beidou satellite and later became the first listed company in China's satellite navigation industry. For 20 years, BDStar has grown alongside "Beidou," driving and witnessing the development of China's satellite navigation and related industries.

Currently, BDStar's main businesses are divided into four directions: basic product business, automotive intelligent networking and engineering services, information equipment business, and industry applications and operation services. Downstream industries include navigation and positioning, command and dispatch, precision measurement, mechanical control, target monitoring, and the Internet of Things, forming a full Beidou industry chain layout.
For ten years, the Beidou chip boards developed by the company have won the championship in navigation-type, high-precision, and integrated baseband radio frequency chip comparisons, pioneering the large-scale application of Beidou in vehicle front-end equipment, unmanned aerial vehicles, autonomous driving, and robots. The world's first 22nm satellite navigation chip supporting the new Beidou-3 signal, which is mainly aimed at high-end applications such as intelligent driving, unmanned aerial vehicles, and robots, is about to be mass-produced. In addition, BDStar's 5G base station ceramic dielectric filters and LTCC components have gained high market recognition and have been included in the priority supplier list by major domestic leading 5G equipment manufacturers such as Huawei, ZTE, and Datang.
In June 2020, the Beidou-3 global satellite navigation system was completed, and began providing all-weather, all-time, high-precision positioning, navigation, and timing services for military, civilian, and industrial sectors, which will generate significant economic and social benefits.
Yang Xiaoying, Partner and Managing Director of China Zhongji Investment, said that the global navigation satellite system is transitioning from an era of a single GPS system to an era of multiple systems coexisting, and Beidou has become one of the four major global systems. With the completion of the global network, the Beidou industrial chain will usher in significant development, with civilian fields, industry applications, and mass applications fully opening up, which will thoroughly activate civilian demand, and the market will further expand. BDStar's early layout in 5G and the Internet of Vehicles will also help the company seize the opportunity and support its growth. This investment is believed to bring safe and stable returns.
