2020 was an extraordinary year in human history, a year of trials, tragedies, and hardships: the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic suddenly broke out, the world economy plunged into its worst recession since the end of World War II, natural disasters such as locust plagues and wildfires spread globally, and some countries escalated their containment and suppression of China...Looking back at 2020, the word "extreme" highlights the difficulty of overcoming challenges and the extraordinary nature of our perseverance.
Growing stronger through countless trials and tribulations, steadily advancing through wind and rain.
In 2020, the company's management team worked hard to implement the annual plan, firmly adhering to the principle of stability while seeking opportunities amidst challenges. Throughout the year, while raising risk control standards, the company continued to invest in equity, real estate, and non-performing asset businesses, with a total of 48 projects and a total investment of 2.594 billion yuan; among them, 10 real estate and non-performing asset projects with an investment of 1.029 billion yuan, 15 equity projects with an investment of 489 million yuan, and 23 additional issuance projects with an investment of 1.076 billion yuan. The performance of the additional issuance business significantly exceeded the Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 indices during the same period, with multiple targets achieving returns exceeding 100%, creating market impact. The high-yield debt business adhered to the concept of portfolio management, balancing allocation and trading. Within a year and a half, multiple products achieved returns exceeding 50%, establishing the Zhongji brand and gaining high market recognition. Based on its outstanding performance in the intelligent manufacturing and real estate investment fields, the company won two major awards: WISE 2020 Top 20 Investment Institutions in China's Intelligent Manufacturing Field and Top 5 Most Watched Real Estate Funds in China. The company's profits reached a record high, its business became more focused, its model more sustainable, and its organizational structure further optimized. At the same time, corporate culture building yielded significant results, and the company's core values were further internalized among all employees. All these achievements are attributed to the hard work and dedication of all employees. Thank you for overcoming obstacles and creating brilliance in such a difficult year.
2021 marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan. This is a moment when China embarks on a new journey of comprehensively building a socialist modern country and strides towards the second centenary goal, and it is also an important moment for us at Zhongji to pursue our dreams.
