China Zhongji Investment completes a targeted investment in the issuance of shares by Lens Technology.

Recently, China Zhongji Investment completed a targeted investment in Lens Technology (full name: Lens Technology Co., Ltd., stock code: 300433.SZ), a leading global consumer electronics company. This targeted fundraising raised 15 billion yuan, with participation from well-known investment institutions such as Changsha Lingxin, CICC, GIC (Singapore Government Investment Corporation), and Zhuque Fund.

Established in 2003 and listed on the Growth Enterprise Market in 2015, Lens Technology is a leading global provider of intelligent terminal window and protection function components for consumer electronics and high-end smart vehicles. The company focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of high-end window touch protective glass panels, touch modules, and new materials for window touch protection, among other intelligent terminal appearance protection components. Its products are widely used in mobile phones, tablet computers, laptops, in-vehicle touchscreens, smart wearables, and smart home appliances.

Lens Technology has consistently been a leader in driving innovation and change in the appearance of consumer electronics. It was the first company to introduce glass screens to high-end smartphones and tablet computers, the first to apply ceramic and sapphire materials to mobile phones and smart wearable devices, and the first to use 3D glass in mobile phones. It consistently holds the top position in the industry for the number of patents. A stable and efficient core R&D team, a mature talent cultivation mechanism, and a scientific and efficient lean management system form the solid foundation for the company's leading R&D and innovation capabilities, ensuring its continued technological advantage.

Currently, Lens Technology possesses the capabilities for mold development and design, machinery and equipment research and development, rapid product development, and large-scale production. Its processes, technologies, and scale maintain a leading international position, earning it a group of high-quality and stable internationally renowned brand clients, such as Apple, Samsung, Huawei, OPPO, vivo, Xiaomi, Tesla, and Amazon. Simultaneously, based on its high brand recognition and reputation within the industry, it continues to establish good cooperative relationships with more new clients, further optimizing its customer resources and product structure.

In recent years, Lens Technology has continuously promoted vertical integration of its industrial chain. Through the acquisition of Catcher Technology to enter the metal component sector and the establishment of new mobile phone assembly production lines, its business continues to expand upstream and downstream. It actively optimizes efficiency, yield, and costs to provide one-stop products and services to its terminal customers.

It is understood that the funds raised from this targeted increase will be used for the construction of five major projects to expand the production capacity of related products such as smart wearables, touch panels, and functional panels. Upon completion of these projects, the company's industrial scale effect in the coming years will be significantly improved.

Yang Xiaoying, Managing Director and Partner of China Zhongji Investment, stated that the global consumer electronics industry is entering a new stage of transformation and development, with a clear trend towards vehicle electronicization and intelligence. The demand for glass cover plate market is strong, and it will enter another period of rapid growth. Lens Technology has cultivated this market deeply and continues to promote innovation and research and development of new technologies, processes, materials, and products.
