Recently, we received reports that criminals are impersonating our company and using our public information to commit fraud through methods such as adding WeChat friends and mobile apps, defrauding people of their money. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of the public and our company, we hereby solemnly declare:
1. The aforementioned actions and app have no connection whatsoever with China Zhongji Investment and its subsidiaries. Our company has not conducted any external business or public promotion involving apps. We solemnly remind the public to be vigilant and carefully identify false information to avoid being deceived by criminals. If you have already been defrauded, please immediately contact the public security organs to report the case.
2. Impersonating our company to commit fraud constitutes a crime under national law. Our company will investigate and collect evidence and take necessary legal action against any unit or individual that infringes on our legitimate rights and interests, and will seriously pursue their legal responsibility.
