China Zhongji Investment successfully held a party and youth league building event in Xiong'an themed "Staying True to Our Original Aspiration, Celebrating the Centenary".
Passing through the Rongdong area of the development and construction zone, we saw the bustling construction scene with numerous tower cranes, experiencing the significant meaning of the innovative, coordinated, green, open, and shared development concept for the construction of the Xiong'an New Area and feeling that a new era urban concept is gradually becoming a reality. Everyone was invigorated along the way, expressing their new understanding of the Xiong'an New Area and their expectation and confidence in its construction.
After a short rest, we arrived at another red tourism base in Xiong'an—Baiyangdian. This place was once the main battlefield where the heroic Yanling team ambushed the Japanese invaders, leaving behind a distinct red memory. Today, it is an important part of the ecological construction of the Xiong'an New Area.
"Surrounded by water, willows planted; lotus fragrance and boat melodies, algae green and water chestnut green; light fog reappears, water and moon blend into one, ten thousand acres of glazed beauty, numerous secluded wonders; the heart and eyes are refreshed..." The description of Baiyangdian by a Ming Dynasty scholar still holds true today. We sailed through the waterways and soon arrived at the Baiyangdian Lotus Flower Grand View Garden Scenic Area. There, we visited the Sun Li Memorial Hall and the Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall.
Mr. Sun Li was a contemporary Chinese novelist and essayist. In his writings about Baiyangdian, there are boundless reed marshes, bright and picturesque. His articles avoided directly depicting the bloodshed and violence, instead using the flying cattails, the white as snow and clouds reed whiskers, the pink lotus flower arrows, and the refreshing fragrance of lotus leaves to indirectly reflect the countless blood and fire of the War of Resistance and the optimistic fighting spirit of the people of Baiyangdian.
In the Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall, facing the wall of bronze and gold statues of revolutionary martyrs in the hall, we felt a sense of solemnity. We listened attentively to the history of the Baiyangdian Anti-Japanese War and the heroic deeds of revolutionary predecessors who, under complex and difficult conditions, remained firm in their beliefs, united as one, and fought for victory in the war. That heavy history, those tears of resistance, are all meticulously recorded here and will be remembered in our hearts.
At 4 pm, the activity came to a close. On the eve of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party, all employees of China Zhongji Investment visited the Xiong'an New Area. Through visits and tours, we felt the convergence of history and the future, experienced the new development concepts, and deeply grasped the Party's line, principles, and policies. The construction and development of Xiong'an also inspired all Zhongji people to gain wisdom and strength to move forward, encouraging us to work with a more rigorous and pragmatic attitude and work style, to empower high-quality enterprises with capital strength, continuously explore new possibilities for the development of future industrial technologies, and strive for the welfare of the entire society.
