Recently, China Zhongji Investment completed a targeted investment in Anhui Quanyi Gaoko Seed Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Quanyi Gaoko" or "the Company," stock code: 300087). The funds raised from this targeted increase will be used to invest in research and development innovation system construction projects, overseas breeding and promotion integration projects for crop seeds, and silage maize variety industrialization and integrated farming projects.
