Ai Poche provides the "IRN" system for Asia's largest railway passenger transport hub, Fengtai Station
Recently, the intelligent parking guidance system of Beijing Fengtai Station, Asia's largest railway hub passenger station, officially went online and began providing services to the public.
Wisdom Interconnection Technology Co., Ltd. (AiPark), as the technology provider, fully participated in the project design, construction, and operation, creating an Intelligent Road Network (IRN) system. This project is the first in Beijing to achieve accurate collection and display of the number of parking spaces in ground public parking lots, precise navigation of vacant parking spaces, and rapid reverse vehicle search on foot, making an excellent exploration for building a city-level parking service model, deeply empowering smart transportation construction with AI, and making transportation travel better.
On June 20 this year, after four years of renovation and expansion, the century-old Beijing Fengtai Railway Station opened with a new look, adding a new landmark to the capital while further promoting the construction of a new urban transportation pattern. The daily passenger volume of 16,000 people has posed a huge challenge to the management capacity of the station's parking lot and surrounding traffic.
Since the operation of the intelligent parking guidance system, preliminary monitoring shows that the project has effectively balanced the traffic flow around Beijing Fengtai Station, improved vehicle parking efficiency, reduced queuing length, established work standards for the integration and sharing of parking resources and dynamic information integration and interconnection, and effectively improved the technological level of Fengtai Station's smart transportation.
