The national standard "Construction Requirements for Government Website Webpage Electronic Document Management Systems", led by Guanqun Information, has been officially released.
On December 30, 2022, a national standard—Requirements for the Construction of Government Website Webpage Electronic Document Management Systems—compiled by Beijing Guanqun Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Guanqun Information) as the first drafting unit, in conjunction with 17 other units, was officially released and will be implemented on July 1, 2023. Qin Junfeng, Chairman and President of Guanqun Information, and Xue Xinfeng, Senior Vice President, participated in the preparation of this standard as the main drafters.
This standard was proposed and managed by the National Standardization Technical Committee for Electronic Business (SAC/TC 83) and approved by the State Administration of Standardization, and was included in the 2019 National Standard Revision and Amendment Project Plan.
This standard specifies the relationship between the government website webpage electronic document management system and the government website and electronic archive management systems, the system framework and general requirements, and puts forward specific requirements for system construction, webpage management functions and system management functions, and describes the corresponding verification methods. This standard is applicable to the design, construction, implementation and testing of government agency website webpage electronic document management systems and software products, and can be referred to by enterprise and institution website webpage archiving system construction.
