The 2022 Winter Olympics project team investigated and surveyed Xuechuan Food
On the morning of October 15th, several leaders, including Chen Yankai, Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Administration; Lang Zhiqiang, Director of Food Safety; Li Feiran, Director of Food and Drug Safety Coordination; Ji Ye, Director of Food Circulation Safety Supervision; Duan Zhiyong, Director of Catering Service Safety Supervision; Zhang Zhijie, Deputy Inspector of the Hebei Provincial Market Supervision Bureau; and Xu Jianbin, Party Secretary of the Zhangjiakou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, visited Xuechuan Food to conduct a food safety survey for the 2022 Winter Olympics.
Mr. Wang Dengshe, Chairman of Xuechuan Agricultural Group, gave the survey team a detailed introduction to Xuechuan Agriculture's development history, business operations, potato whole industry chain development model, and product safety traceability system.
Since its establishment, Xuechuan Agricultural Group has implemented strict process control throughout the entire process of potato food production, ensuring food safety from the source. Since 2008, Xuechuan Agriculture has obtained five certifications in China: China G.A.P. (Good Agricultural Practices), Global G.A.P., ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO22000 Food Safety Management System, and "Green Food" certifications.
Among them, fresh potatoes have passed the supplier qualification audits of multinational chain supermarkets such as Tesco and Metro, and third-party audits by SGS and McCord, meeting the standards of the European Retailers Association for fresh potato production and planting systems and product quality management systems. Potato processing raw materials have achieved full Global G.A.P. certification.
Xuechuan Food's processing workshop has obtained BRC Grade A certification, HACCP certification, ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO22000 food safety management system certification, and Halal food certification, truly realizing full-process control of food safety from farm to table.
After fully understanding Xuechuan Agriculture's potato frozen food processing industry, Director Chen exclaimed in surprise, "I didn't expect Zhangjiakou to have such a large-scale, advanced international potato frozen food processing enterprise."
After viewing several self-developed potato varieties of Xuechuan Agriculture and tasting a variety of potato foods, Director Chen instructed the relevant personnel of the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and Xuechuan Food to coordinate the supply of potato food, facilitating Xuechuan Agriculture's fresh and frozen potato products to become Winter Olympics food.
