Huachuang Securities and China Zhongji Investment signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement
On August 30, Chen Qiang, General Manager of Huachuang Securities, and his team visited the headquarters of China Zhongji Investment Co., Ltd., engaging in in-depth discussions and exploring business cooperation with Wen Yuanhua, President of China Zhongji Investment, and several department heads.
President Wen Yuanhua first welcomed General Manager Chen Qiang and his team, providing a detailed introduction to China Zhongji Investment's overall development in recent years. After listening to President Wen Yuanhua's introduction, General Manager Chen Qiang of Huachuang Securities noted the significant commonalities and considerable cooperation potential between the two entities. General Manager Chen Qiang introduced that Huachuang Securities was established in January 2002 with approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. It is a state-owned holding company, the only securities company in Guizhou Province, and its business scope encompasses a full range of securities licenses, including holding stakes in futures companies and third-party payment companies. In addition to traditional business, it has unique advantages in research capabilities and fintech. General Manager Chen Qiang stated that Huachuang Securities is eager to cooperate with a strong investment institution like China Zhongji Investment.
Following this, attendees from both sides engaged in in-depth communication regarding their respective business lines and exchanged opinions on potential collaboration opportunities.
