On the morning of September 2, the first shareholders’ conferenceand establishment conference of Zhongji Investment Co., Ltd. were convened successfully in Taihang State Guesthouse, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. Afterwards, the first board meeting and the first supervisors’ meeting of Zhongji Investment Co., Ltd. were also convened. Liu Jinsong, Chairman of Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Li Chunyong, Vice Chairman, attended the Meeting.

The Articles of Association, Rules of Procedure of Shareholders’ Meeting, Rules of Procedure of Council and Rules of Procedure of the Board of Supervisors of Zhongji Investment Co., Ltd. were confirmed at the Meeting, multiple company proposals were deliberated, and the Directors of the first Board of Directors and Supervisors of the first Board of Supervisors were elected. Among which, President of Risesun Holding Co., Ltd. and Board Chairman of Risesun Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Geng Jianming, serves as Chairman of the first Board of Directors. During the Meeting, Li Chunyong, Vice Chairman, congratulated to the establishment of Zhongji Investment on behalf of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, expressingthat the establishment of Zhongji Investment providesa favorable platform for win-win cooperation among private entrepreneurs of Hebei Province,and hoped that it can graspthe strategic opportunity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration,well conduct its all businesses, and make Zhongji Investment bigger and stronger.

After the meeting, Fan Zhaobing, Secretary General of Provincial Party Committee and Minister of United Front Work Department of Provincial Party Committee, and Liu Jinsong, Chairman of Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, met all members of the Board of Directors of Zhongji Investment at Taihang State Guesthouse and expressed their eager expectations on future business development of Zhongji Investment.
